Job Description

• Milk and Milk Products Testing: Perform testing of all incoming and outgoing milk and milk products.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure acceptance of good and unadulterated milk/RM in the process.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure FG output complies with all internal and external standards as per lab manual.
• Batch Finalization: Responsible for WIP batch finalization and timely readiness of FG batches.
• Test Accuracy: Maintain dead accuracy of all test results for RM/PM/FG.
• CIP Efficacy: Ensure CIP efficacy of all tanks and machineries.
• Preparation of Solutions: Prepare reagent solutions, color, flavor, additives, and pulp for internal use.
• Batch Coding: Check and monitor all batch coding of FG.
• Shelf Life Samples: Store, maintain, and periodically check all shelf life samples until expiry.
• Market Return FG: Check all market return FG and issue usage instructions to the floor as per policy.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all tests conducted and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of lab supplies and reagents, ensuring timely procurement to avoid any interruptions in testing processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations within the laboratory.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to address any issues related to product quality and testing results.
