Designation: R&D Executive

Work Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years

Qualification: B.Tech. / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new product formulations and processes.
• Conduct research to improve existing products and processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and marketing.
• Perform sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all R&D activities.
• Troubleshoot and solve product-related issues.
