VR&D Executive

Qualifications: B.Tech Graduate in Dairy/Food Technology.

V RTD Executive

Qualifications: B.Tech in Dairy/Food Technology.

Maintenance Executive

Qualifications: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities:

VR&D Executive:

Conduct research and development activities to enhance product quality and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for product development.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control procedures.

V RTD Executive:

Oversee the production of ready-to-drink beverages, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Develop and implement production plans to meet demand while optimizing resources.
Monitor product specifications and process parameters to maintain consistency and quality.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Maintenance Executive:

Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment and machinery.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing and repairs.
Implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Familiarity is a plus.
