Role Overview:
As a Production Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and driving continuous improvement to achieve company goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure efficient production processes.
• Overseeing the operation of packaging machinery and equipment to maintain quality standards.
• Identifying and resolving production problems quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Maintaining accurate production records and reports to track performance and make informed decisions.
• Managing a team of laborers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and morale.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a BSc, MSc, or BTech/MTech in Food Technology, along with proven experience as a Jr. Executive in Production. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, Google Spreadsheet, and ERP systems, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
