Position Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Business Development with expertise in food ingredients to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in driving growth and fostering strong relationships within the food industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (Food Technology/Food Science), preferably MBA.
• Experience: 4-8 years in new business development within a reputable food ingredient company.
• Proven track record in sales strategy, planning, and execution.
• Commercial experience in handling customers from bakery, confectionery, dairy, ice cream, etc., is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage key accounts and foster strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Demonstrate strong execution skills to meet and exceed targets.
• Embrace a growth mindset and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.
