Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food ingredients sector.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers in the bakery, confectionery, dairy, ice cream, and related industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
• Provide market feedback and insights to support product development and innovation initiatives.
• Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand and offerings.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (Food Technology/Food Science), preferably MBA.
• Experience: 4 – 8 years of experience in new business development with a reputable food ingredient company.
• Commercial experience handling customers from food industries such as bakery, confectionery, dairy, ice cream, etc., is an added advantage.
• Sales strategy & planning expertise.
• Strong business development & key account management skills.
