Rebel Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager Quality Assurance in multiple locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, NCR, Pune, and Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Assistant Manager Quality Assurance

Location: Bangalore (1), Hyderabad (1), NCR (1), Pune (1), and Ahmedabad (1)

Job Type: Full-time

Reports to: Deputy General Manager Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

• This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at Rebel Foods.
• Responsibilities include conducting audits, analyzing data, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards across all operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and development.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Microbiology/M.Sc Microbiology/B Tech./MTech. Food Technology or equivalent.
• Experience:
• Minimum 4+ years in the food industry (FMCG/QSR).
• Food Safety Knowledge:
• Good understanding of the domain of food safety, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and quality standards.
• FSSAI Regulations:
• Well-versed with FSSAI regulations for the catering industry.

Other Details:

• Working Days: 6 days working.
• Travel: Travelling and own vehicle required.
• Off Days: Rotational week off.
