Job Description:

Details:

Location: South Extension-II or Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
Office Timings: Monday-Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: Up to 15,000 INR

Responsibilities:

Assist in procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract management.
Collaborate with various departments to understand and address procurement needs.
Research and identify potential suppliers, conduct evaluations, and maintain a comprehensive database.
Monitor market trends for competitive pricing and sourcing strategies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement policies.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Support logistics operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
Engage with customers to address inquiries and provide excellent service.
Collaborate across departments to support overall business objectives.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (business, supply chain management, or related field).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
