Position: LPA (Loss Prevention Associate)

Location: GreaterNoida, Noida, Ghaziabad, Dehradun

Required Essential: AnyGraduate

No. of Positions: 10

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Warehouse Operation (FMCG) and familiarity with SLP & Inventory Concept.

Job Role:

• Improve profitability by identifying loss situations and escalating them to stakeholders for preventive measures.
• Evaluate and report exceptions within defined guidelines.
• Report incidents, notify alarms at stores, and moni tor till closure of activities.
• Monitor #LossPrevention aspects related to cycle count, FEFO, Write off, second sale, and cleanliness.
• Support investigations and conduct corrective actions for major incidents.
• Assist ops team in recovering losses and filing necessary complaints.
