Position: Manager – Last Mile & Transportation
Location: Mumbai

Required Education and Experience:
Any graduation with minimum 7 years of experience in hiring Delivery Executives, onboarding & training SOP, and end-to-end solutioning in lean and effective ways to meet the business metrics.

Job Role:

• Assist top-management in developing operations strategy for effectively scaling the sourcing requirements with regards to Delivery Executives aligned with company UE.
• Perform cost analysis and reports, manage schedules, quality, and process change initiatives.
• Design and manage execution for cost-effective and timely addition of delivery executives.
• Manage staffing and training requirements for all areas under your purview.
• Enhance systems, processes, and policies to better support management reporting, information flow, and relevant business metrics.
• Manage the team, train new recruits, assign targets, and formulate incentive plans as well as career plans for the team.

Skills Required:

• Comprehensive understanding of last-mile transportation, ecommerce deliveries, including blue-collar manpower sourcing, liaison with 3rd party logistics partner & vendor management skills.
• Excellent people management, negotiation skills, communication skills, project management, etc.
