Position: F&V QC Incharge

Location: Hyderabad

Required Education and Experience: Graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture with 4-6 years of experience in the same domain in retail or ecommerce.

Job Role:

• Analyze quality vs. price at various retail outlets & competitors to enhance efficiency on quality standards based on availability and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints for the respective Line of Business.
• Ensure F&V Write off/Dump is as per guidel ines.
• Ensure hygiene & product quality for Cut F&V & HACCP compliance.
• Update stock & stock variance in the system.
• Ensure benchmarking as per the market.

Preferred:

• Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in Retail as QC in-charge.
• Strong communication skills (English, Telugu & Hindi).
