Job Responsibilities

Position: Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO and SEM Management: Plan and manage SEO and SEM activities to drive quality traffic to our owned digital channels, including the website, blogs, and social media.
• Paid Digital Channels: Oversee paid digital marketing efforts on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Twitter.
• Budget Management: Handle digital marketing budgets and optimize media efficiency to ensure the best ROI.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop short-term and long-term marketing plans, conceptualizing a roadmap for expanding our digital footprint in targeted markets.
• Brand Sentiment Monitoring: Track metrics affecting brand sentiment and devise and execute a social media ORM strategy.
• Brand Visibility Campaigns: Create cost-effective campaigns to enhance brand and product visibility in collaboration with Brand Managers.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Define and optimize customer journeys across digital channels to drive conversions.



• Content Creation: Collaborate with digital agencies to produce engaging content for social media, the website, and third-party platforms (e-commerce).
• Influencer Campaigns: Execute influencer campaigns to boost brand recall.

Preferred Experience:

• 5-8 years in digital marketing.
• Prior experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
