Bacardi invites applications for the role of Blending Manager, a unique opportunity to shape the legacy of rum production and innovation in our distillery. As a Process Owner, you’ll lead the Ageing & Blending operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Your role involves crafting unique flavor profiles for various spirits, including rum, whiskey, brandy, Vodka, and RTD.

Responsibilities:

• Manage long-term demand plans for liquid production.
• Oversee inventory and maintenance of wooden barrels according to the LTDP plan.
• Handle import/export processes and related documentation.
• Reconcile ageing warehouse liquid inventory in line with excise regulations.
• Ensure warehouse upkeep, including housekeeping, vehicle maintenance, and processing areas.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members for optimal performance.
• Track KPIs, RFTs, Quality Analysis, and Continuous Improvement in Aging Warehouse and Processing areas.

Blending:

• Plan and handle blends based on sales projections.
• Ensure quality of blends in terms of color, turbidity, pH, strength, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• Train team members on process-related matters and foster a culture of continuous learning.



• Monitor and analyze KPIs for improvement opportunities.

Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and control systems.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (9001-2015, 14001-2015, 45001-2018), FSSC 22000.
• GMP and GHP understanding, proficiency in tools like SAP/Drums.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
