Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
2. Plan and coordinate on-ground activations, events, and promotional campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of BTL activities within budget and timelines.
4. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of BTL initiatives, tracking key metrics and providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and local communities, to support successful activation initiatives.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in BTL marketing to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in BTL activation roles.

Locations: Bangalore and Delhi.

Preferred Background: Candidates from FMCG or D2C companies.
