Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Pharma, or Food Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (preferably Food/Pharma Chemistry) with technical and business experience
• Strong understanding of the Food Testing Industry
• Familiarity with FOSTAC, ISO17025, and testing-related norms
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Overall Objective:

• Develop strong contacts within the manufacturing sector
• Achieve personal sales targets set by management
• Identify potential customers and sales opportunities in the testing business unit
• Actively contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans
• Seek out market opportunities and identify areas for growth
• Maintain commercial contacts with customers and execute contracts on laboratory projects
• Deliver high-quality presentations and maintain ongoing customer communication
• Manage the creation and execution of work orders from customers
• Keep customer information up-to-date in the CRM and provide daily reporting to the immediate manager
• Maintain a professional profile through regular field travel, conferences, trade shows, and customer visits

Technical Skills:

• Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
