Position: CC Quality Officer

Locations:

1. Nashik
2. Saralgaon
3. Shrigonda

Experience: 2 to 4 years in the fruits and vegetables sector

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire Quality Control process at the CC Level for fruits and vegetables.
• Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure product integrity and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections of incoming and outgoing produce to identify any quality issues or deviations from standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and farmers to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding quality-related matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Profile:
We are seeking a diligent CC Quality Officer to join our team at #KisanKonnect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Control process at the CC Level for fruits and vegetables. This role requires 2 to 4 years of experience in the F&V sector, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
