About the Position:

The Production Supervisor collaborates with a team of associates to ensure the efficient production of our brands, managing processes from ideation to market. We are seeking a skilled leader to join us in achieving our production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee area-specific production processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and meet daily production targets.
• Execute planned schedules, manage materials, products, and quality requirements.
• Lead a team of 15 to 30 associates, varying in experience and education levels, to achieve performance goals.
• Participate in production and personnel processes, making necessary adjustments.
• Administer company policies, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintain food safety and environmental procedures.
• Update and maintain process documentation through company systems.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department and foster communication within the production team.
• Accountable for effective communication, formal and informal coaching, and performance management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
• Knowledge of food packaging principles, food industry quality and safety requirements, and experience with process control.
• Strong management and manufacturing leadership skills.
• Project management skills, preferably with MS Office proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a results-oriented and challenging environment.
