Position: Deputy Manager Production

Job Description:
As Deputy Manager Production at Creamy Foods Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of fresh dairy products such as Liquid Milk, Curd & Chhachh. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing production plans to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Managing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Leading and motivating a team of production staff to achieve production goals.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
• Handling any production-related issues or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Dairy Engineering or Dairy Technology
• Minimum 10 years of experience in dairy production
