Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Dairy Specialization
• 2-3 years of experience in the field

Requirements:

1. In-depth technical knowledge of dairy industry regulations
2. Hands-on experience with trials for various dairy products

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities within the dairy industry
2. Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative dairy ingredient solutions
3. Providing technical support to customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns
4. Analyzing trial data and providing recommendations for product optimization
5. Staying updated on industry developments and incorporating relevant advancements into our offerings
6. Assisting in the preparation of technical documents, reports, and presentations
7. Participating in industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about industry trends
8. Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the organization

Job Description:

1. Managing techno-commercial activities for our Dairy Ingredients portfolio
2. Collaborating with customers on application development for products like Paneer, Ice Cream/Frozen Dessert, Cheese, UHT dairy products, and more
3. Leading new product development and conducting trials at customer plants
4. Establishing and maintaining client relationships through continuous follow-up
