Position: Dairy Technologist in Techno-Commercial Marketing

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Dairy Specialization

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience

Location:

• New Delhi, Kolkata

Requirements:

1. In-depth technical knowledge regarding the regulations in the dairy industry.
2. Hands-on experience with trials for various end products.

Job Description:

1. Handle techno-commercial activities for the Dairy Ingredients portfolio.
2. Work with customers on application development, including Paneer, Ice Cream/Frozen Dessert, Cheese, UHT dairy products, and all dairy products.
3. Develop new products and conduct trials at customer plants.
4. Build and maintain client relationships through continuous follow-up to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients regarding product usage and troubleshooting.
2. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to suggest new product innovations.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with local and international dairy regulations.
4. Training: Train clients and internal teams on new products and their applications.
5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of trials, product development processes, and client interactions.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D and Sales teams to align product development with market demands.
7. Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the product development and implementation phases promptly.
