Qualifications:

BTech in Mechanical Engineering
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the industry

Industry Preference:

Candidates with experience in the ice cream industry and dairy industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Maintenance Supervision: Manage and maintain plant equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product standards are met consistently.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the plant team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of work.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve plant performance.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on plant performance, maintenance activities, and production metrics.
