Position: Production Supervisor

Qualification:

Masters in Food Technology

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in FMCG

Location:

Kakkanchery, Malappuram

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Supervise and train production staff to optimize performance and maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to production processes and safety protocols.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain production records and reports for performance analysis and future planning.
