Experience: 2+ years

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Director as needed.
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist with the organization and execution of special projects and events.
• Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
