We are currently seeking an Executive – Quality with the following skills and qualifications:

Skills:

• Tests & Analysis
• HACCP, CCP
• ISO, FSSAI laws and standards
• GMP & Audits
• Daily Sensory Evaluation and random product quality checks
• Base Kitchen Audits and maintaining all required Quality documents required by FSSAI
• Conducting Hygiene round daily in each department and publishing the reports every week
• Helping departments to maintain their QA documents and monitoring them on a regular basis
• Checking on SOP implementation
• Conducting training of staff about Food Safety and Hygiene
• Raw materials inspection and rejection
• Awareness of FSMS and its implementation
• Good knowledge of testing (water/food)
• Internal Checks on Production and semi-prepared products
• Internal Audits of the outlets
• Positive attitude and good communication skills

Location: Delhi NCR

Education: Masters in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology

Experience: Food/Beverage Industry with a relevant degree

Salary: 2-3k LPA

Preferable male candidate.
