• In-depth knowledge of food science, food chemistry, and food process techniques.
• Proficiency in lab equipment and analytical tools for food testing and analysis.
• Expertise in formulation recipes, conducting trials, and optimization for food appearance, flavor, texture, and shelf life.
• Understanding of food regulations.
