Role Overview:
As a Sanitation Manager, you’ll implement and uphold hygiene and sanitation standards at Ferrero’s Baramati Production Plant. Collaborate with stakeholders, lead training programs, and drive continuous improvement projects for a rewarding career at Ferrero.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards across the production plant.
Develop and implement Master Sanitation Schedule and SOPs aligned with Ferrero Quality Guidelines.
Conduct cleaning validations and lead training on hygiene and production facility design.
Collaborate with stakeholders for effective Environmental Monitoring Program implementation.
Manage sanitation budget, control expenses, and make strategic purchases for overall plant hygiene.

Qualifications:

Education: Post-graduate in Microbiology/Food Science/Hygiene & Sanitation/Food Technology.
Experience: 4-7 years.
