About the Role:

As part of the Lean Manufacturing team at Ferrero in Baramati, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with functional Heads of Departments (HODs) to instill a Continuous Improvement culture aligned with Professional Family guidelines.
• Collaborating on cross-functional FOX (Ferrero Operational Excellence) initiatives and principles, aligning with the plant’s overall strategies.
• Analyzing plant processes, identifying improvement areas, and spearheading projects at the local level in coordination with HODs and SSP Manager to achieve industrial excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading Continuous Improvement projects for operational excellence to establish a World-Class Manufacturing Plant.
• Implementing project management tools and methods throughout the plant.
• Supporting the SSP Manager in crafting and executing the Factory Strategy by managing the Master Plan.

Who We Are Looking For:

We seek individuals who embody Ferrero’s values and possess:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food technology or engineering.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in improvement practices such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
