About the Position:

We are currently seeking a Process Chemist to join our dynamic team in the FMCG industry, specifically in Beverages, located in Samba, Jammu. The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in the Beverage industry.

Key Requirements:

B.Tech or M.Tech in Food Technology or Biotechnology, or M.Sc.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Beverage industry.
Strong understanding of beverage manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot process-related issues.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the production process to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
Conduct regular quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and consistency.
Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Investigate and resolve any deviations or discrepancies in the production process.
Train and mentor junior staff members on best practices and quality control procedures.
