We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to enhance our Technical and Research Teams and drive excellence in dairy food applications, laboratory operations, and analytical techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Exploring Alternative Technical Approaches: Propose innovative solutions and provide technical advice to enhance laboratory and plant systems.
2. Safety and Organization: Ensure a high degree of organization and strict adherence to laboratory safety requirements.
3. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvements in existing laboratory/plant systems and processes.
4. Supporting Organizational Values: Demonstrate Fonterra’s core values and principles, actively supporting team goals and self-improvement initiatives.
5. Training and Development: Engage in our excellent training and development culture to expand knowledge and experience in site operations and processes.

About You:

• Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor of Science or equivalent industrial qualification, with a solid understanding of experimentation instrumentation, analytical techniques, or laboratory operations.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional self and time management skills to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Team Player: Thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to maintaining a cohesive team dynamic across the site.
