Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Pharmacy, or Agriculture (preferred focus on food engineering).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Proficiency in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) with demonstrated experience.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards; lead auditor/awareness preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in IT, ISO, and auditing processes.

• Developing and implementing food safety protocols and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address food safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Providing training and guidance to staff members on food safety practices and procedures.
• Monitoring and analyzing data related to food safety metrics and implementing improvements as needed.
• Serving as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and participating in inspections and audits.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to food safety and implementing necessary updates.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of food safety systems and processes within the organization.
