Location: Ranikhet, UK

Job Title: Food Technologist

Job Responsibilities:

Development of new value-added products from local fruits, vegetables, cereals, and pulses.
Set up quality control and production processes for achieving product-market fit.
Coordinate with labs for testing products for quality and shelf life.
Support the team in the procurement of raw materials and ingredients.
Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
Develop and optimize recipes and formulations for new products.
Provide technical support and training to production staff.
Manage inventory and maintain records of raw materials and finished products.
Assist in the design and implementation of packaging solutions to enhance product shelf life and appeal.

Preferred Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in R&D/Quality.
MSc/M.Tech/BSc/B.Tech in Food Technology.
Willingness to work on a 1-year contract (which may be extended).
Passionate about product development in line with current consumer needs.
