1. Operations Supervisor:

• Supervise and train operational staff.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

1. Shift Controller:

• Schedule and assign tasks to shift employees.
• Monitor shift activities and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain communication between shifts for seamless transitions.

1. Quality Executive:

• Implement quality control procedures to ensure product integrity.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of production.
• Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues.

Requirements:

All positions require experience in the fruits and vegetables industry.
