Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in fruits and vegetable retail outlets.

Job Profile:

As a member of our team, you will have a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Managing and motivating a team to achieve daily sales targets.
• Ensuring the store is well-presented and stocked at all times.
• Handling customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering stock as necessary.
• Analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to improve performance.
• Training and developing staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
