Role Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Food Technologist to join our team. As a Food Technologist at Shhe Foods, you will play a crucial role in conducting sensory evaluations, analyzing food samples using laboratory techniques, implementing quality control procedures, and participating in research and development (R&D) projects.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in sensory evaluation and laboratory skills
• Expertise in food technology and quality control
• Experience in research and development (R&D)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Experience with Makhana or other food products is a plus

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bihar, India.
