FSSAI Internship 2024 With Stipend

Overview:

FSSAI Internship 2024 With Stipend: The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), a statutory body under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, is offering internship opportunities under the Internship Scheme 2021. This program aims to provide students with valuable learning experiences in various areas of food regulation and safety administration.

Eligibility Criteria for FSSAI Internship 2024 With Stipend:

• Full-time graduate/post-graduate students from recognized institutes within India or abroad are eligible.
• Fields of study include but are not limited to Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, Public Health, Business Administration, Computer Science, Journalism, Law, Public Policy, and Public Administration.

Internship Details:

• Duration: Up to 3 months, extendable to 6 months.
• Internship locations: FSSAI Headquarters (New Delhi), FSSAI SRO (Chennai), National Food Laboratories (Ghaziabad, Kolkata, and Chennai), and National Food Laboratory, Kolkata Extension Centre (Raxaul).

Working Space:

Interns must bring their laptops. FSSAI will provide workspace, internet access, and other necessities but will not cover lodging and travel expenses.

Application Process of FSSAI Internship 2024 With Stipend:

1. Interested candidates should apply online within the specified timeline.
2. Shortlisted candidates may required to submit a short write-up/presentation.
3. Final selection will announced on the FSSAI website.

Important Dates for FSSAI Internship 2024:

• Starting date of receiving applications: 08 March 2024
• Last date for submitting online applications: 14 March 2024
• Announcement of shortlisted candidates: 4th week of March/1st week of April
• Tentative start date of internship: 08 April 2024

Assignments:

Interns may assigned projects related to various aspects of Food and Nutrition Management Processes based on their academic and technical training.

Stipend:

• Stipend: Rs. 10,000/- for the internship period.
• Deserving interns will be recommended for the stipend based on attendance, assessment by reporting officers, and evaluation of the final report/presentation.

Certificate:

All interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the internship, reviewed and recommended by the Project Evaluation Committee.
