Assistant Manager Production:
Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day production activities to meet quality and efficiency goals.

Implement production plans and schedules to maximize output and minimize downtime.
Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Train and develop production team members to enhance skills and performance.
