1. Cluster Manager, Operations

• Location: Bangalore
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage multiple outlets within the designated cluster.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead and mentor store managers to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Analyze sales reports and strategize to improve performance.

1. Maintenance Assistant Manager

• Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee maintenance activities across multiple locations.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely repairs.
  • Monitor maintenance costs and prepare budget reports.

1. Technicians

• Locations: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
