Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Tech in Food Technology / Dairy Technology
• Minimum 18 to 25 years of work experience in the dairy or ice cream industry

Skills:

• Proficient in production and manufacturing processes with overall responsibility for planning
• Experience in overseeing all production/manufacturing activities
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives
• Manage and optimize production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Supervise and lead production teams to achieve performance targets and quality standards
• Monitor and control production costs to maximize profitability
• Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations
• Implement and maintain safety and hygiene standards in the production facility
• Continuously assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality
