Join our dynamic team at HotCakes Bakery Restaurant! We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the roles of QC Supervisor and Production Supervisor. If you have experience in food production and are passionate about maintaining high standards, we want to hear from you.

QC Supervisor

As a QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. Your duties will include:

• Conducting regular quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Implementing and monitoring food safety protocols.
• Training staff on quality assurance procedures.
• Addressing and resolving any quality-related issues promptly.

Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the efficient production of our high-quality baked goods. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Supervising and training production staff.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Troubleshooting production issues to minimize downtime.

We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 1 to 2 Years in food production.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting.
