Position: Assistant Manager QC
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Dairy or related field
  Experience:
• 4-5 years of experience in Quality Control
  Responsibilities:
• Oversee the quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to enhance product quality and consistency
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and facilities to identify areas for improvement
• Lead a team of QC technicians, providing guidance and training as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend preventive measures
• Participate in new product development and process improvement initiatives
  Preference:
• Candidates with a passion for ensuring the highest standards of product quality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
