Immediate Opportunity for QA/QC Manager Position

We’re urgently seeking a qualified QA/QC Manager for JR Foods & Beverages, situated at the Chikhli, Navsari plant.

Requirements:

• B.Tech/M. Tech/M.Sc in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Food/Nutrition/Dairy industry or a commercial testing lab.

Responsibilities:

1. In-depth knowledge of snack and beverage quality.
2. Solid understanding of chemistry, food science, and their application to the industry.
3. Conduct quality tests for Raw and Packaging materials, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
4. Maintain Lab equipment calibration and maintenance.
5. Manage internal and external quality audits, implementing corrective/preventive actions.
6. Maintain quality document control systems.
7. Develop procedures to prevent incidents, consumer complaints, and ensure food safety.
8. Strong knowledge of ISO norms, FSSAI regulation, HACCP, and food safety.
9. Timely management of ERP data entry.
10. Knowledge of business operations, including GMP, GLP, HACCP, and SOP.
11. Drive change and improvement in performance and quality.

1. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficient in analytical skills and computer knowledge.
