Job Title:

In-Process Quality Assurance (Off-role)

Locations:

One position in Sonipat (3rd party Unit)
One position in Rudrapur (3rd party Unit)

Standards:

FSSC
TCSPL standards and specifications

Experience Requirements:

Preference for candidates from the bakery industry (Rusk/Bread) and wafer line.
3-5 years of experience in the food industry as an online quality control/quality assurance resource.
M.Sc./B.Tech in Food Technology/Microbiology/Biotechnology qualification.

Salary:

3.5 lakh or above, depending on experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct strong sensory evaluations of all products before release.
Effectively monitor CCPs, OPRPs, and PRPs in the plant to ensure full control.
Ensure compliance with the in-process quality plan.
Calibrate critical equipment and implement training in HACCP, GMP, GHP, GLP, GDP, and Food Safety.
Train workers and operators for online checking and maintain records as per standards.
Monitor and verify hygiene on the shop floor and work towards improvements to maintain it.
Ensure line clearance and adherence to the MSS plan on premises.
Validate and verify CCPs and OPRPs.
Execute RCA and CAPA for in-process deviations.
Assist with documentation and records during external and internal audits.
Collect shelf-life samples.
Analyze raw materials and packaging materials.
