• Benchmark competition products to identify areas for improvement.
• Support in business development by identifying regional and new e-commerce portals.
• Analyze data to determine product availability on various channels.
• Maintain accurate records of market findings and project progress.
• Assist in product sampling and evaluation processes.
• Generate daily reports using Excel to track project metrics and activities.
• Adaptability to perform various departmental tasks, including occasional market visits.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries and concerns.
