Location: Panchkula

1. Manager/Sr. Manager – QA
   Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
• Lead and mentor QA team members to achieve departmental goals.

1. Analyst/Executive (QC) – Pharma/Cosmetics
   Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control testing and analysis of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

1. Executive/Manager – CRM
   Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationship management systems and processes.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement.

1. Executive/Sr. Executive – Purchase/Store
   Responsibilities:

• Procure materials and supplies required for manufacturing operations.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Monitor vendor performance and negotiate contracts for best terms.

1. Executive/Sr. Executive – Accounts
   Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

1. Executive/Sr. Executive – HR & Admin
   Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll functions.
• Manage administrative tasks to support smooth operations.

1. Microbiologist
   Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Identify and troubleshoot microbiological issues in manufacturing processes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality.

1. Analyst/Executive (QC) – Pharma
   Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control analysis of pharmaceutical products.
• Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Document and report test results accurately and promptly.

Location: Baddi (HP)

Salary: Negotiable
