We are currently seeking talented candidates for the following positions:

1. EA to CEO
   Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

1. Assistant Manager – GLP
   Responsibilities:

• Oversee Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) compliance.
• Supervise laboratory operations and ensure quality standards.
• Train and mentor staff on GLP protocols and procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control measures.

1. Analyst/Executive – Chemical Analysis (Pharma, Cosmetics & Environmental Testing)
   Responsibilities:

• Conduct chemical analysis of pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and environmental samples.
• Interpret test results and prepare analytical reports.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance standards.

1. Executive/Manager – CRM (Testing Lab Industry)
   Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities.
• Analyze customer data to improve service offerings and address client needs.

1. Manager – BD (Pharma Testing Lab)
   Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical testing sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

1. HR Recruiter (Panchkula & Chennai)
   Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding.
