We are actively seeking dynamic candidates for the following positions:

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure timely project completion.
Lead and mentor laboratory staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Lead the microbiology team in designing and conducting advanced research and analysis.
Ensure all microbial testing is performed accurately and meets regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain SOPs, and stay updated with industry standards and technological advancements.
Provide technical support and training to team members.

Supervise the chemical and instrumentation team, ensuring precision in analytical testing.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues and oversee maintenance of instrumentation.

Conduct and oversee experiments in microbiology and analytical chemistry.
Analyze data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments on interdisciplinary projects and research initiatives.
Maintain laboratory records and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.

Operate and maintain HPLC and GC-MS equipment to conduct quality control tests.
Perform routine and non-routine analysis, ensuring accuracy and precision of results.
Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or process-related issues.
Document all testing procedures and results in compliance with regulatory standards.

Support microbiological and chemical testing processes, ensuring adherence to protocols.
Prepare samples, conduct experiments, and accurately document results.
Assist in maintaining lab cleanliness, organization, and equipment calibration.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Oversee performance management, training, and development programs.
Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.

Handle accounts payable/receivable, and manage financial records and transactions.
Coordinate with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and negotiate contracts.
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Job Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
