Available Positions:

• Shift Incharge
• IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)
• Quality Control Manager
• Cheese Production (Cheddar & Mozzarella)

Responsibilities:

Shift Incharge:

• Oversee daily operations and manage production shifts.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control):

• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests.
• Document and report any deviations from quality protocols.

Quality Control Manager:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
• Lead a team of quality control technicians.
• Analyze data and compile reports to track quality trends.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards.

Cheese Production:

• Supervise the production of Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
• Ensure optimal cheese production processes and techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Experience Requirements:

• Shift Incharge: Minimum 1 year
• IPQC: 1 year or more
• Quality Control Manager: 7 years or more
• Cheese Production: 5 years or more
