Position: Production Manager (Paneer)
Location: Sehore, MP
Experience Required: 5+ years
Education Required: Degree in Dairy Technology

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of paneer production, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
• Manage and train production staff to maintain product standards and improve processes.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to meet industry standards.
• Coordinate with other departments, including procurement and sales, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.
• Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks promptly.
