Experience Required: 8 years (Dairy industry experience only)

As the Quality Head, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance within our dairy production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with production and operations teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Training and mentoring quality control staff to maintain a culture of quality excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the dairy industry, with a focus on quality management.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
