Position: Quality Manager

Department: Quality

Education: B-Tech./BE in Food Technology.

Experience: 15-20 years, ideally in the Ice Cream/Dairy/Frozen Food industry.

Location: Pune

Salary: Competitive, no limit for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Oversee overall Plant Quality Assurance & Control.
Manage document control and flow, including policies, SOPs, recipe specifications, Quality Manual, procedures, formats, and compliance with certification requirements.
Handle deviations/complaints, conduct chemical/microbial analysis on raw materials, packaging material testing, ice cream mix testing, finished goods testing, and artwork management.
Implement Process Quality CAPA, HACCP, FSSC 22000, FSSAI, and collaborate on New Product Specifications with the R&D Head.

Ensure compliance with ISO, conduct food safety audits, and adhere to GMP standards.
Coordinate AIB audits, Legal Metrology, and other relevant activities.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
